1. 10 push-ups - it will make your arms stronger when you click all the time. Some say it gives +10 strength to your character,

2. 10 leg lift-weighting - it will keep your legs strong if you want to escape from duel or full throne.

3. 1000 m run - it makes you more resistant to all elements. Zoran says it gives +10 to all resistances and it increases your stamina by 100

4. 10 chest lifting - it makes you stronger and harder to beat. Zoran recommends it to gain +100 dmg and 20% of critical strike
